Call Center Agent
Comium

Call Center Agents are the voice of Comium, delivering fast, friendly, and reliable support to our customers. The role involves handling service inquiries, providing accurate information, promoting Comium products and services, and ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and loyalty.

Customer care agent
Comium

Customer Care Agents play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences at Comium. They handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, promote Comium services, and work to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

IREG Roaming Team Leader
Comium

The IREG Roaming Team Leader is responsible for end-to-end ownership of IREG operations, including IREG testing, troubleshooting, Huawei core configuration validation, and 24/7 operational support for inbound and outbound roaming services.

The role includes hands-on technical responsibilities as well as L1 team leadership, ensuring service stability and compliance with GSMA IREG standards. This is a purely technical and operational role, with no commercial or contractual responsibilities.

IREG Operations & Technical Ownership
  • Take full responsibility for IREG operations for Comium (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Conduct and support IREG testing and troubleshooting with roaming partners
  • Prepare and maintain IREG project technical documentation, test plans, and sign-off reports
  • Perform post-launch quality testing on a regular basis to ensure service stability
Core Network & Huawei Expertise (Plus)
  • Actively monitor and analyze SS7 and Diameter traces
  • Perform configuration validation and troubleshooting on Huawei core network elements, including:
    • HLR / HSS / UDM
    • STP / DRA
  • Validate roaming behavior related to authentication, routing, APN resolution, and session establishment
24/7 Operations & Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage the L1 IREG support team on a 24/7 basis
  • Act as the primary escalation point (L2) for roaming-related incidents
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure rapid issue resolution
Monitoring & Performance Management
  • Monitor daily signaling usage, IPX bandwidth consumption, and roaming traffic patterns
  • Monitor voice interconnect routes related to roaming and sponsored eSIM traffic
Cross-Team Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external roaming partners based on priority plans
  • Maintain updated contact matrices for fast escalation and incident handling
  • Work closely with the IT / OCS team / Commercial Roaming Manager to understand and support implementation of CAMEL logic requirements

  • Experience working with IPX providers, roaming hubs, or sponsored IMSI environments
