Customer Care Agents play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences at Comium. They handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, promote Comium services, and work to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Identify and secure high-impact partnerships (banks, utilities, and large corporate entities).
- Develop and execute a market entry strategy for untapped regions and demographics.
- Analyze competitor offerings to ensure ComCach remains the preferred wallet solution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead the onboarding of B2B partners.
- Strong networking skills.
- 3–5 years in FinTech/Banking BD.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Lead the “boots-on-the-ground” effort to sign up new merchants to the ComCach ecosystem.
- Develop marketing collateral and localized campaigns to drive merchant brand visibility.
- Train merchants on how to use the ComCach system effectively.
- Monitor merchant transaction volumes and implement retention strategies.
- Excellent sales pitch skills.
- Experience in merchant acquiring or FMCG sales.
- High mobility.
- Perform daily reconciliation between the ComCach core system, bank statements, and partner ledgers.
- Ensure timely settlement of funds to merchants and partner institutions.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies or failed payments immediately.
- Optimize automated reconciliation workflows to reduce manual errors.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/SQL.
- Experience in payment processing operations.
- Act as the primary liaison with Central Bank auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Review and update AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
- Conduct periodic internal audits of all departments to mitigate operational risk.
- Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports on time.
- Deep knowledge of local financial regulations.
- CIA/CAMS certification preferred.
- 5+ years in audit/compliance.
- Register new users on the ComCach app in high-traffic areas (markets, bus stations, etc.).
- Verify user documentation for KYC compliance during the onboarding process.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly account opening targets.
- Educate new users on how to “Cash-In” and use wallet features.
- Provide multi-channel support (Phone, WhatsApp, Social Media) for ComCach users.
- Assist users with password resets, failed transactions, and account upgrades.
- Document common pain points to provide feedback to the Product team.
- Maintain a high First Call Resolution (FCR) rate.
- Patient communication style.
- Fluency in local languages.

- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage the general ledger.
